• Solo: AED 49/month · AED 490/year
• Growth: AED 99/month · AED 990/year
• Team: AED 199/month · AED 1990/year
• WhatsApp follow-up add-on (Pilot — by invitation): +AED 49/month or +AED 490/year per organization; messaging fees are separate and paid to the provider
• WhatsApp assisted setup: AED 199 one-time

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & subscription. Paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew after that. Cancelling does not delete your documents; the free limits simply apply again.

Digital goods

Premium templates are digital goods made available immediately after payment; the purchase is one-time and permanent for your account.

Refund rules

Detailed refund rules have not been published yet. Payments will not be switched on before they are.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged without receiving access, or charged twice, contact us and we will review the record with the payment provider and put it right.
