The service

QuotationStudio is a tool for creating and sharing quotations, invoices, delivery notes, receipts and purchase orders. By using it you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country.
• Accounts used for abuse or unlawful activity may be suspended.

Plans and billing

The free plan allows a limited number of documents each month. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and payments are handled by an external payment provider. Current AED prices are listed on the Pricing page and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also explains how to cancel and how refunds are handled. Nothing is charged before payments are switched on for the platform.

Your content and documents

Your data and your customers' documents remain yours. You alone are responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness and for having a lawful basis for your customers' data. The service produces human-readable PDF documents, is not connected to the UAE structured e-invoicing system or an Accredited Service Provider, and does not make any document automatically compliant.

Tax disclaimer

Tax calculations, categories and titles are helper tools, not tax advice. Confirm your TRN, tax categories and invoice classification with your own tax adviser.

Acceptable use

• Do not impersonate others or issue fraudulent documents.
• Do not attempt to reach other accounts' data or probe the systems without permission.
• Do not abuse share links or send unsolicited messages.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and excludes indirect losses. Always keep your own copies of important documents.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & privacy. Accounts in breach may be terminated, with reasonable notice where possible.
